Graduating in 1999 as Diplomat in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine, at the College of Complementary Medicine; TLV, Israel (affiliated with the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego, Ca.).
In the year of 2001 Tal got his  Master's degree  in Oriental Medicine, from Maryland's Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, NCCAM. 

Tal did his Internship in acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine, in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Han Zhu Hospital, both in China.

Tal runs his own private Clinic, practices Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel.

He is a senior lecturer and Academic Director of:1. A two year academic program: "Medical Acupuncture for Physicians" at Barzilai Hospital, IL2. School of complementary medicine Givat Washington College. School of traditional Chinese medicine Seminar Ha' kibbutzim and Tel Aviv University.Tal published in 2013 his first text book - Chinese medicine mind & spirit pathology.

Since 2005 Tal has led or took part in several Clinical research projects:

 

• "Does a combination of chinese herbs and acupuncture treatment affect sperm density in males with low sperm count? A pilot study" 2008 ASUTA MEDICAL CENTER, Israel

• The Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Childhood Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) Hadasa medical organization, Jerusalem Israel (Ongoing research)

• Effect of Chinese medicine, Shiatsu on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients. Frida Barak, MD, of Barzilai Medical Center Ashkelon, Israel (Ongoing research)
